My discount code is not working, what do I do?

I forgot to enter in my promo code, can I enter it in afterwards?

Please be sure to enter any applicable promo codes or gift card numbers at checkout. If you did not enter it can not be reversed and the sale price can not be honoured. Expired promos will also not be honoured.

Where is Harlow Cruz Collective online boutique based out of?

Our studio is located in sunny Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada (Home of the Winnipeg Jets, Winnie the Pooh and the Slurpee capital of the world)
Can you ship internationally or to the United States?
Yes we ship to the United States. Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping. 
How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, Shop pay, Discover, Google and Apple pay.
How long will it take me to get my order?
Once your package has been "air kissed", wrapped and we have said a loving goodbye to it, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
Can I cancel or change my order? 
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Returns can be initiated through our returns+exchange page. 

USA orders are final sales due to duty and brokerage issues.

Can I exchange my order?
We are sorry to hear you didn’t love your purchase. All returns will be issued as a store credit in the form of an emailed gift card.
Items must be in new and unworn condition, with the tags still on to be eligible for return. The items must be shipped back to us within 14 days from purchase and customer is responsible for shipping charges unless the mistake was on our end.
All pre-order sales will be final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.  
Sale items, jewellery, accessories, hats, toques, mittens, scarves, belts, the charity collection, shoes/slippers, swim wear, bodysuits, intimates, candles are FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.
How do I return my order?
Returns are accepted for all items within 7 days of purchase. Please visit our returns+exchange page to initiate the returns process.

What do I do if my order is damaged or received the wrong item? 
We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. We will be more than happy to assist you. Please contact us at hello@harlowcruzcollective.com within 5 days so we can get that sorted out for you!
Where can I find product sizing information?
Product sizing varies between different brands and styles. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page or as shown in the image below. Unless otherwise specified sizing is in inches and is taken with the item lying flat.
Are you offering curb side local pickup?
Yes, we sure are! Select local pick up (Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada) and once your order is packaged up we will contact you to make pick up arrangements.
You will receive a message saying to please text us when you would like to pick up the order. Please provide your order # and allow 24 hours notice. Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
Need a gift receipt?
Kindly add it in the notes section in checkout and we will gladly hide the prices from that someone special.
